Experience:
I have had over 24 years' experience, seeing clients from both professional and other backgrounds.
After qualifying from Birkbeck College, London I was a founder member of Open House, a Youth Counselling Centre for young people between 14 and 25 years, where I worked for six years.
Then I became the counsellor at the College of Law in Guildford, seeing both staff and students, which I continue to combine with my private practice.
I serve the local business community working through an EAP (Employee Assistance Programme).
As part of my qualification I undertook my own therapy for two years, so I know what it feels like to go through the process!
To maintain my standard of accreditation I undertake Continuous Professional Development courses, which ensures that I regularly deepen and update my knowledge and practice.
